Shipping & Return Policy

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Processing & Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 5–7 business days.

A tracking number will be sent once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking, or if your tracking link seems off, please reach out so we can help.

Lost / Delayed Packages: Once a package leaves our hands, transit timelines are out of our control. Sometimes things take a little longer shipping from Crested Butte. That said, we’re happy to help you troubleshoot if something goes missing or seems delayed.

We hope you adore your Little Rowdy pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, please email us at howdy@littlerowdy.shop. we accept returns under the guidelines below.

Eligibility:· 

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all tags attached.
• A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale: Sale items, jewelry, and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return: Please email us at howdy@littlerowdy.shop with your order number to request a return. A return
label will be provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours so we can make it right.

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready. Pickup orders must be collected within 5 days of notification.
Orders not picked up within this window will be canceled and returned to the
sales floor.

At Little Rowdy, we have limited quantities of each product (because who wants to be wearing the same thing as everyone else?!) At this time, we recommend, if you need a different size or color, placing a new order
and returning the original item following the guidelines above.
